To whom it may concern: Chris Lindsey worked under my supervision at eScreen, Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst responsible for many significant, highly visible project initiatives supporting our e-business web-based product and service deliverables. I am writing this letter to offer my evaluation of Chris's performance, and to recommend him as an employee with your organization. As a result of changes in our business, and the business environment in which we operate, we were forced to take aggressive steps to control costs. These steps included evaluating staffing levels that ultimately affected Chris's position. Unfortunately, this reduction in force left no other opportunities open for Chris. His recent layoff from eScreen was not in any way tied to his performance. Chris is a conscientious, hard working individual who performed well in our Information Technology Group. He has the desire and motivation to expand and improve his skills and knowledge to add value to any organization. He is capable of contributing at many levels, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for rehire. His contribution to our organization, and pleasant demeanor was truly appreciated, and I believe that he will be an asset to any organization. | Dear Mr. Lindsey, I wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your new Client software. I have found it extremely helpful in my lab. It has taken the security level to new heights! I have not had one problem with my students since I have been using Lindseysoft Client. I absolutely love the fact that I have control from my teacher station whenever I need it. Being able to turn on and off certain features at a simple click is wonderful. My favorite part is the ability to shut down my entire lab with one simple click of a mouse! At the beginning of this semester I had an Interactive Power Point Presentation I wanted my students to work through. Since they had not been trained on how to log into the lab management system, I simply ran the program on all stations using the "run program" feature in Client. Once again you did an awesome job anticipating my needs! The software is outstanding and I appreciate all you have done to customize it to work in my lab. Your support has been excellent and I have recommended you and your software to many others. I wish you all the success in the world - you deserve it! Your service and product speak for themselves!
